2. If this is version 12 - This doesn't have the option but you tin do below
Windows Cardinal+R > Re-create and paste following into Run and Enter

This will openup Startup binder
Type skype in Cortana Search > Correct click on Skype app > Open File Location > Hither you take the shortcut of Skype. Re-create it and paste it ijnto Startup folder

Firstly information technology's just mind-blowing that Microsoft didn't think about assuasive the Skype app (new uws app for Windows 10 only) to run on startup.
